• Invoice ID - this starts with "GPA" and should be present in your transaction receipt sent via email. In case of multiple transactions, please provide all invoice IDs.
Apple:
For your iOS device, please process refunds directly with Apple Refund.

If you paid on our website, please provide us with the email address you logged in with in our website.
