How to delete your OneFootball account

If you want to permanently delete your OneFootball account and all associated data, follow the steps below based on how your account was created.

For iOS/Android App Accounts

1. Open the OneFootball app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap the cogwheel icon (⚙️) at the top right to access Settings.
4. Scroll down to the bottom and select Delete Account.
   🚨 Important: This action will immediately delete your account and all associated data.

For Web-Only Accounts

If your account was created exclusively on the web and you never logged in on the mobile app, we’ll process the deletion for you.

1. Send an email to [e-mail] from the email address linked to your account.
2. Confirm in the email that you only used the website.
3. Your account and data will be deleted within the legally required 30-day timeframe.
4. Once the deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
