Issue with the Live Ticker

The live-ticker automatically refreshes every 5 seconds when there is a live game. In addition - we use an external company that provides us with the live ticker information on the different games you can find within our app. 

Troubleshooting

Live ticker not updating

• Check your connection, sometimes it may cause the app to stop updating information if the connection is poor. Try changing between 4G and WiFi to see if the problem is on both.
• You can try to force-close the app and open it again to see if it solves the issue.

If not, please report it to us at [e-mail] and we will check with our provider.

Wrong information

Please do excuse us if you find grammatical errors on the live tickers, and be aware we do not write them ourselves. In case you find constant grammatical errors, or in case the live ticker is not updating quick enough, please let us know.

Screen moving/jumping

Some users reported that sometimes the screen "jumps" while reading the live-ticker. This happens because of the ads placement, we are already working on a solution for that and we hope to release a fix to it soon.
