The stream is not working

If the livestream is not working as it should be, please try the following steps in order to solve the issue:

1. Restart the app. Force close it and open it again.
2. Check for latest updates either in the App Store or Google Play Store
3. Try again and if the error still occurs please reach out to us describing what kind of error message you are getting (contact form in the app)
4. If you are using a VPN the stream will not work, please turn it off.

A not working stream can be a result of several causes. Either the game you are watching is not available in the place you are currently staying. It also might be a simple bug that can be solved through a reinstallation of the app. A poorly working stream mostly is due to a bad internet connection but can also be a result of a bad stream signal on the provider's side. So if the stream quality is poor, please make sure that your internet connection is stable first.
