f your match purchase is missing in the app, follow these steps before contacting support:
Why is my purchase missing?
📌 Confirm your login
Ensure you’re signed into the same account used for the purchase.
📌 Check your purchase history
- Go to the Matches tab
- Select the match
- Check if the "Watch" option is available
❗ Important: The purchase history on the OneFootball website does not display purchases made on mobile apps.
📌 Restart the app
- Fully close and reopen the app to refresh your session.
📌 Check for pending payments
- If your payment is still processing, it may take a few minutes to appear.
📌 Reinstall the app
- Delete and reinstall the app to refresh your account.
📌 Restore purchase (iOS & Android)
- Scroll to the bottom of the match page
- Tap Restore Purchase
If your purchase still isn’t visible, contact our support team with:
✔ Purchase confirmation email
✔ Account details (email used for purchase)
