1. How Can I Change My Username for Comments?
To update your username in the comments section:
- Open the OneFootball app and tap on the Profile icon at the bottom of the Home screen.
- Tap the circular image icon at the top of the Profile page.
- Enter your desired name in the appropriate field.
- Log out completely by going to Account → SIGN OUT.
- Log back into the app.
- Verify if your username has been updated.
2. How Can I View My Comment or Reaction History?
You can view your comment history in two ways:
Method 1: Using the Comments Section
- Open an article in the app.
- Tap the comments icon at the top right of the screen.
- In the "What do you think?" box, tap the profile icon at the bottom left.
- Your comment and reaction history will appear in your profile.
Method 2: Using Bookmarks
- Bookmark an article where you’ve left a comment.
- Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of the Home screen.
- Tap Bookmarks at the bottom of the Profile page.
- Open the bookmarked article and tap the speech bubble (comments icon) at the top.
- Find your name in the comments and click on it to view your history.
3. What Should I Do if My Comments Are Not Publishing?
Comments are automatically screened to filter out racist, offensive, or inappropriate content. This may cause a slight delay before your comment is published.
If your comments aren’t appearing:
- Ensure you’ve updated your OpenWeb username (follow the steps in Section 1).
- If the issue persists, contact our Customer Care team with your username and any relevant details.
4. How Can I Delete My Comments or Account?
- To delete your comments, navigate to Moderation → Comments → More → View all from user in the OpenWeb interface.
- To delete your OpenWeb account, click here and follow the instructions.
5. How Can I Get Help With Moderation Issues?
If you’re experiencing issues with moderation, provide the following details:
- Your username used for commenting.
- A screenshot of the comment in question, if possible.
This information helps us investigate and address the issue more effectively.
