All about article comments

It is now possible to comment on articles. Here you will learn the most important info and what you can do if you face problems.

All comments are automatically screened for racist, offensive and other content that is inconsistent with OneFootball's values. So it may happen that your comment takes a few minutes to be published.

• If you want to delete your OpenWeb account, click here and follow the instructions.
• You can remove previously posted comments here by navigating to Moderation / Comments     --> More -->View all from user
• Change your name

  • sign in to OpenWeb

    1. Click on Profile icon on bottom of Home screen on the APP

    2. Click on the circular image icon on top middle of the Profile page

    3. Change or Add the intended name there

    4. Sign out of the APP completely by going to Account → SIGN OUT

    5. Sign back in to the APP now

    6. Verify if the name change intended has been saved properly

    7. The new name should now be used when you first comment with the updated Name now!

  1. Bookmark method

     1. Bookmark an Article you had commented on

     2. Click on Profile icon on bottom of Home screen on the APP

     3. Click on Bookmarks ( towards bottom of Profile page )

     4. Click on any of the Article that you might have commented on & bookmarked as in Step a.

     5. Click on speech bubble ( comments icon on top ribbon above Article header )

     6. Find you name in the comments & click on it to get to old commenting history

  2. Comment method

     1. Add a new comment on an Article

     2. Click on your name to get to old commenting history

If you are facing issues and are not able to leave a comment, please change your OpenWeb name as described above. If the problems persists, please contact our Customer Care team.
